Please join me from 10 AM – 10:45 AM CST on Sunday, October 18th for a Zoom workout. I will lead us through a 30 minute full body workout, no equipment required.
If you already have a pre-existing commitment, don’t stress! I wanted to put this session together as a fun way to catch up with you all “virtually,” and get a good mini workout in for those available.
